Description: 1968 World Series Champion Willie Horton of the Detroit Tigers. Poster is dated July 15, 2000 and states "Hometown Hero", Comerica Park. Right corner shows "Commemorative poster courtesy of" and Ball Park Brand logo. Given when the Tigers retired his number 23 and erected a statue at the park. Poster is 24"w x 18"h. It has been stored and rolled up for 24 years. I have had it under a heavy load to flatten for the past couple months. If shipped, will be in tube. Some small marks and wrinkles.Also included is the 2001 soft cover book, "Willie Horton: Detroit's Own Willie the Wonder". It is written by Grant Eldridge and Karen Elizabeth Bush. 162 pages. Excellent condition.
