Description: This came from a Royal Air Force man's album. He took the photograph when he was based in Egypt around 1928. I think he may have been a camp official photographer since the image and size do have a professional appearance. 6.5 x 8.5 inches. The building on the left accomodated a number of medical practitioners, the signs are on the building: Doctor K. B.
