Diamond & Jadeite Sterling Silver Cross Necklace - Vintage - 18 Inch

Description: Lovely diamond cross necklace has a luminous 3 mm jadeite/spinel stone at its center, surrounded by five 3 mm diamonds on an 18 inch, marked sterling link chain necklace. Faceted cut diamonds and jadeite/spinel are prong set in a raised, open back setting for greater light effect. Pendant measures 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch. Spring ring clasp, connector and pendant are marked 925, in addition to the maker's mark. Pendant and necklace are in excellent condition, circa late 1900s and have been appraised by Dr. Lori Verderame, PhD Antiques Appraiser. Would make a lovely gift for many occasions!  PGW5DLV650
