Description: DESCRIPTION: ** EX-LIBRARY (Withdrawn) ** Delacorte Press, 1986; 248 pages, with cover art by Edward Gorey; hardcover with dust jacket in taped-down plastic sleeving. Volume has usual stamps, labels, card pocket, etc. for an ex-public library book, but is in otherwise GOOD condition, with no fading, a little minor shelf-wear to the corners & edges (please see my pictures here). Binding is good and tight, spine straight and solid, but has some forward roll (again, please see my pictures here). Apart from the aforementioned stamps and other library markings, the pages are clean and still quite bright, with no foxing or dogears. From a non-smoking home. AND NOW FOR ALL THE BOILERPLATE (just so we’re clear on terms): My personal belief as a seller is that honesty is the best policy. I know that as a buyer on eBay (which I was for a long time before I became a seller) that truthfulness is the quality I most appreciate in a seller. PLEASE NOTE: Unlike too many other sellers (in my experience, anyway), I SHIP FAST – oftentimes on the same day as the purchase (depending upon the time of day of the purchase). And, unlike too many sellers from whom I made my own purchases, when I say I ship, I don’t mean that I pack your item, print up a label and then just sit on it until it’s convenient for me to go to the post office.
