Amy Lee) Disclaimer II is the second studio album by Seether. It is a recompilation of the band's first album, Disclaimer, from 2002. Although the 12 tracks from the original album are present, they have been slightly remixed and differ from the original. Also, the majority of the remixed tracks feature additional lead guitar melodies with the addition of a permanent lead guitarist to the band's line-up prior to the release of the album. This is also the first Seether album to feature contributions from drummer John Humphrey. --- Not so much a sequel but a second chance, Seether take a another stab at their first album with Disclaimer II, the recompiled, remixed, and expanded take on their 2002 debut, Disclaimer. The 12 songs from the original album have been somewhat reworked, with the band adding additional guitar parts to the mix to help flesh out the songs. The most notable addition comes by way of a second version of "Broken," which transforms the simple acoustic ballad into a massive post-grunge rocker with the help of some big guitars and the even bigger vocals of Evanscence singer Amy Lee.
