Description: This is a classic form of the discus throwing olympiad. I can't tell what the metal is, but it appears as if bronze. May be - may not be. It weights about 2 3/4 pounds. I see no makers marks or stamps anywhere on it. That said, the detail is good and it's a lovely sculpture. From table to top of the discus is 10". From the back edge of the discus to the olypiad's forehead is 6". The base measures 3" wide by 4 3/8" long. The figure is about 2 1/4" deep. Please feel free to ask any questions? Thanks!
