Description: Disney Yellow Monorail 4 Piece Die Cast Metal Set Very cool old style box in a shadowbox/diorama style with the monorail entering the Contemporary on one end, driving past the Sorcerer Mickey Ear Hat Icon (from Hollywood Studios/MGM), The Tree of Life (Animal Kingdom), and going around Space Ship Earth (EPCOT). Each end on the outside depicts one of the castles: Cinderella's Castle (Magic Kingdom) or Sleeping Beauty's Castle (Disneyland). Bottom has price tag of $15.99 Walt Disney World. Very good condition. Monorail was removed, used for display, and recently carefully placed back into box using original ties and screws. Monorail is clean with no scratching or other damage. The Box and plastic show slight wear from storage: Plastic has some denting, very light scratching and needs a careful cleaning to remove dust and light smudges as shown in one image as caught by the light. All tape and ties are original to box. One interior tie is missing, but train is tied in tight. Not for children! This item is being sold for display only. This item is apx 20 years old (always stored in climate controlled household, away from sunlight) and the thin accordion plastic connectors between the cars turn delicate with age and shatter if bent about. I do not recommend buying this for a child to play with. I also don't feel it would be wise to remove from the box. Pictures are a very important part of this listing's description.
