Like-new: The item looks brand-new but on closer examination there may be one or two very minor marks that show that the item has been used. Excellent: Very minor wear which is not distracting. It shows signs that it was used once or twice. No writing/marking/stains are present. Very good: The wear that is evident shows that it was used regularly and has been very well taken care of.
