It is an antique collotype (heliotype) print, which was a high quality printing technique that yielded both great detail and fine tones, and was generally reserved for high end art reproduction of the era. The print is high quality; and the original paper is thick. The heliotype image is surrounded by a yellow/cream colored border with a white caption. This could be trimmed or covered in a frame if desired. It has its original tissue overlay. PLEASE NOTE: The print has stains/mars in the white margin area of the print.
