Description: Do you want to make your Airsoft Double Bell Shell-Ejecting Kar98k more skirmishable? Here is the solution! These 3D printed shells allow you to take more firepower in the field, without the worry of losing the expensive and hard to find metal shells. Compared to the OEM, these shells seem to work as well, if not better. I tested on the spring version and figure it will work as well in the gas version. The one issue I have encountered is the rim of the shell being torn off by the extractor. See the "REINFORCING YOUR SHELL" notes below. If you are a little more careful with your extracting, it shouldn't be an issue. These shells are made in a gold color filament and are printed at 100% infill. The shell comes with one O-ring attached at the base to seal better with the bolt. The airsoft BBs are retained by the plastic shell itself and work better than the OEM. Each batch of 5x shells include a free stripper clip, though do not expect these to last. They tend to break very easily. Think of these as how I pack them to you. REINFORCING YOUR SHELL The rim of the cartridge has a tendency to tear off the shell and get stuck in the chamber if the extractor ejects the shell harshly. Here is what I recommend you do to reinforce your shell: - Cover the rim area in super glue, a floor gloss, or a varnish. This will help strengthen that area. - You can also remove the 4x1mm O-Ring at the base of the shell, and take a small amount of super glue to keep that O-Ring in place. I haven't had an issue with them falling out however. - In general, keep your extractions relatively gently. No need to slam the cartridge out at full force. ---------- Note: I have taken inspiration off of other shells online, but none of them seem to work. I took the best attributes of all the shells I've downloaded. This is my attempt to keep the double bell shells available to players who like the extra realism.
