This Horn is comparable to the Conn 8D which has been the standard of french horns for many decades and has been featured in many orchestral settings such as the London Symphony. However the Conn 8D will set you back around $6,000. The O'Malley 601 is a fraction of that. Also comes with a mouthpiece and a hard shell case.
