Description: (Dimensions and stats are further below the description) About this Pipe: Here’s a very handsome Dr. Grabow Silver Duke Lg. Billiard. It’s large by Dr. Grabow standards and the times though more a standard size by common sizing. The pipe is in great condition and fine working order. Well above most estate Grabows out there. It shows off some nice grain all over, sports a 6mm filter and has a working Ajustomatic system! (See more below on Ajustomatic if not familiar) The stem is in excellent shape with no chatter or oxidation and aligns however you like it. The chamber is in great shape as is the entire pipe. No surprises here. It’s been well cleaned inside and out, buffed and polished and received a couple coats of fresh carnauba wax for protection and shine. This vintage Grabow is ready to smoke out of the box! PATENTED AJUSTOMATIC SYSTEM: This pipe is Ajustomatic like the Dr. grabow patented versions. This gives the ability to align the stem as you desire despite it being a screw-in stem. You get all the strength of this joint and can remove the stem while the pipe is warm while still having the benefits of a turned tenon. A big plus I usually do not see accept on the Ajustomatic version Dr. Grabow pipes. - I’m obsessive about restorations and will put as many hours as needed to bring to back to the best it can be, whether it’s a $35 unbranded Briar or a $400 high end piece. Once I’ve shipped your package, I have NO control on delays. I almost always will ship the same or next business day. I put within 1-3 business days as sometimes on busier weeks, I’ll need an extra day to properly pack everything. I’ve never had an item arrive damaged. In most cases, I have a poly bag on top to make it rain resistant and a bit more secure. The exception is if the package is larger than standard. I don’t profit off of the shipping fee. My fees are for postage and materials only. RETURNS: If you’re not 100% happy, please let me know. I’ll do whatever is fair to fix any problems.
