Description: "Flower" desk/paino lamp by John Dugdill & Co. Rare Art Nouveau design c1910 Solid brass with heavy cast base Flower joints (not the later daisy joints)Clam shell shadeDugdill patent stamp Condition Fully working, but not currently PAT tested (advisable to get old lamp checked). Rewired with black, vintage flex and fitted with a new, black inline switch with 3 pin plug. Some tarnishing to the brass on the body of the lamp and shade. Slight creasing around the very edge of the base (see pic 10). Under the leaf collar on the main stem of the lamp, is a joint. This can be unscrewed to adjust the length of the arm. The leaf collar, can therefore, be moved up and down the stem to access or cover the joint.
