Description: For sale is DUKE ELLINGTON's "Ellington Indigos," on Columbia CL 1085, MONO, 1958. SOUND: VG+It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. A bit of surface noise or crackle during the intro to side A. The rest of the record, both sides, sounds clean and clear. Overall, an excellent playback. VINYL: VG+There are a few faint inner sleeve scuffs, very minor. Strictly cosmetic. Overall very nice, clean condition. Red 6-Eye labels are very nice, with a few faint spindle marks. Deep-grooves. JACKET: VG+Edges and spine solid all-around. Corners decent. Front and back covers clean and unmarked, with minor, routine shelf-wear. Original Columbia inner-sleeve included. The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics. Buy-it-now for $18. Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability. Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
