Between 1998 and 2012, he was a member of the Council of IOSH and in 2010, was presented with the IOSH Presidents Distinguished Service Award. He has worked in a variety of senior safety and risk management roles in employment and consultancy in over sixty countries on six continents in a career which spans almost thirty years.
