Description: This lovely antique pitcher was made by the Challinor, Taylor Co. of Tarentum, Pa. ca.1885 and later when they joined United States Glass Co. in 1891. They called this pattern Clio but collectors know this as Daisy & Button with Almond Band. It weighs almost 3lbs. It is 9" tall, 5 1/2" across the opening and 4 1/2" across the bottom. The pitcher is crystal clear and sharp to the touch. It is in excellent overall condition, but does have a small nick under the lip of the pitcher and another nick in the pattern under the almond band near the foot. The pitcher is both decorative and functional. Serve your lemonade, iced tea or sangria in this pretty antique pitcher this summer!
