Description: A rare set of two .900 Coin Silver salt cellars by early 1800’s silversmith Andrew Ellicott Warner. Warners pieces are currently on display at the Met in New York City and this is your chance to own your own pieces of history! The two salt cellars sit on three rounded feet and have a beautiful floral pattern. There is a monogram on one side of each that appears to be “HLH” (see photos). The inside is lined with cobalt blue glass bowls (that may or may not be original to the pieces). The bottom is marked with the signature mark “A.E.W. 118_” . The cellars each measure approx. 2 1/4” in diameter across the opening and approx. 1 3/4” in height. 157.1 combined weight without the glass bowls inside DW Notice: I describe all items in vivid detail and provide photographs for the benefit of potential bidders. Please ask all questions prior to bidding and bid with the utmost confidence. No returns shall be accepted. Payment is required within 48 hours of listings end.
