Description: This is a Northwood Carnival Glass vase with iridescent Amethyst coloring and glass. The swung glass vase has a feather design with a pointed tip near the base. The round base is weighty which makes the vase stable. Similar to "Funeral" style. The long stretched (pulled) stem is made so by swinging the glass while hot, thus the term "Swung." The N marking indicates it is 1905 at the earliest. The company closed down in 1925. The base is 3.5 in in diameter. The tallest part of the vase is 10 in. Weight 1 lb 2 oz.
