Description: c. 1900s/1910s; Yawman and Erbe Manufacturing Co. - Rochester, NY Antique wooden filing cabinet with vertical file drawers. This piece features twelve drawers of uniform size, set into the cabinet vertically. Each drawer features a steel organizer to keep documents from spilling out on either side; the drawers are specifically designed to hold large document sizes such as legal or tabloid. Along the bottom is a small knob and locking mechanism (works); this is used to lock all drawers from being opened when the lock is engaged. All hardware is crafted from brass and looks to be original, though it appears the nameplates were removed at an earlier date. Exhibits minor signs of wear including small scuffs and scratches (especially on the top and back) and the aforementioned missing nameplates that have left behind two screw holes on each drawer. 34.5" W x 15" D x 30.5" H Drawers (x12): 5" W x 11" D x 10" H Please refer to photos regarding condition.
