Description: Rare early American 1808 handwritten manuscript land deed out of Penns Neck, Salem County, New Jersey. Document discusses the sale of land between Henry & Elizabeth Louderback and Uriah Banks. Entirely handwritten and signed by both parties on the reverse side. There is one other signature above Banks’ signature although this piece is missing from the document. I also noted this to be signed by Justice of the Peace Jacob Nichols. Accompanied with the manuscript are two large black and white photograph prints showing each side of the document. Both high resolution images are matted and sealed in Mylar and ready to frame. A great way to display the deed proudly without damaging. In Fair overall condition considering age and rarity. Exhibits heavy, splitting wear and partial loss. Backed with archival tape by previous owner. Very fragile. Comes housed in a clear protective Mylar sleeve and backed with black board. Photo prints are in Excellent condition; clean, bright and ready to frame and are almost the size as the deed. The document is currently in the same state as it was when it was photographed. Document measures 21 1/2” x 17”. Photos measure 19 3/4” x 15” each and 24 1/4” x 20 1/4” with the matting. Please enjoy the photos for further item details and if you have any questions feel free to ask. This item ships to the continental USA only. Fast payment ensures prompt shipping.
