Description: Super nice Vietnam War M1 helmet with early USMC issue solid OD helmet cover. The helmet and liner are unissued and in superb condition. The liner is dated 1967. They both came out of government surplus in the 1990’s when the military switched over to The PASGT. The components I received in the batch are from the 1980’s so the sweatband and neckband are identical to Vietnam war issue, but produced in the 1980’s. The gem is the early Vietnam War issue solid OD helmet cover which has an old price of 39 cents marked on it! The cover is also unissued but has some storage dirt on it. There are no markings on the cover which is correct.
