This belt it used, see photo's for Condition. No rips or tears. No fraying. All the eyelets are present. It has both keepers and the brass buckle. Minor finish wear on the buckle. It will fit a 30 to 36 inch waist max. It has a faint US marking on the front of the belt. The markings and dates are very faint and no longer legible, see photos. This is the early Khaki color.
