There is a sticker, covered with paint that does have Made in China. The base measures about 3 1/2 inches diameter at the top and 3 3/8 inches high. It has green paper crinkle grass covering the top of the flowerpot opening. There is a white paper covered wire trunk with 51 branches extending for ornament display. The branches will be bent down at top to fit in package for shipment, but can easily be rearranged to desired shape upon arrival.Disclaimer: This item is "pre-owned" and/or "vintage".
