Description: Echo are very nice stainless steel knives from Japan. This is a set of two slicing knives. Perfect for carving meat, etc. I think they're from the 60's but only because of the style of the handles. Both are about 8" long and nicely serrated. I will give them a fresh sharpening before I send them out. They are also for sale in my store in Portland, OR. If the shipping charges seem high to you it's because I send everything USPS priority with any additional insurance, signature required so your neighbors can't steal your stuff, and wrapped in bubble usually and that stuff ain't cheap, buddy.
