Within one hour, it washes up to 24 racks, with each rack using 0.91 gallons of water and taking just 2 minutes per cycle. Each cycle begins with a soft start and fills automatically. The low-profile revolving upper and lower wash arms spray water onto the dishes, combining with detergent (sold separately) for a thorough wash. As the soapy water knocks off food particles, they collect in a 3-part stainless steel scrap screen, which is easy to remove and empty. The arms then disperse rinse water, washing away the soap. Using electric tank heat, this dish machine sanitizes with hot water. It features an integrated booster heater that increases temperatures by 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Combined with Sense-a-Temp technology, it produces final rinse water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. By using heat to sanitize, the machine eliminates the hassle and expense of replacing chemical sanitizer. The automatic pumped drain removes wash and rinse water at the end of the cycle.
