Description: Selling is a 7 3/8" X 9 3/4" Vintage Original glossy photo with borders of EDNA BEST from the 1939 film, "INTERMEZZO: A LOVE STORY". On the back of the photo, handwritten lightly in pencil is "EDNA BEST " EDNA BEST was a British actress who is best remembered for her role as the mother in the original 1934 film version of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Man Who Knew Too Much." She died in 1974 at the age of 74. She was married three times and divorced twice. Her marriage to actor HERBERT MARSHALL (from 1928 until 1940) produced her only child, a daughter, actress Sarah Marshall. Her final marriage, to Nat Wolff, ended with his death in 1959.Photo is in Very Good Condition with minimal handling wear. There is some small light creases in the bottom left corner.
