Add half teaspoon of sugar (or more to your liking), and one “Demitasse” cup of water.Step 2Stir and then allow coffee to rise (be careful not to spill coffee when coffee rises).Step 3: (if more than two servings)After the first time the coffee rises, pour some of the coffee half way into cups. Then return the remaining amount of coffee onto the stove. Allow coffee to rise once more, then pour the rest into the cups.
