Rochester 4 GC as shown in the second & third pictures with the choke housing mounted to the top-side or the middle body of the carburetor(excludes carburetor with choke housing mounted on the base of the carburetor).Kit includes Electric Choke Thermostat, pigtail, mounting screws & clips, vacuum caps for hot air intake on choke housing ( if needed) & Instructions. I do have a kit for carburetors with choke housing mounted at the base.
