Description: Offering is original owner’s lot of three (3), 1st Pressing (Rockaway), two (2) sequential RCA Victor extended play 45 rpm records “Elvis Presley/Loving You”, EPA-2-1515, Volume I; “Elvis Presley/Loving You, Volume II”, and “Elvis Presley/Just For You”, EPA-4041. These three (3) extended play 45’s comprise eleven (11) of the twelve (12) recordings contained in the RCA Victor 33-1/3 RPM LP “Loving You”, LSP-1515, released in July 1957. Also released in July 1957 (2) & March 1957 (1), these three (3) 45 EP records represent a rare opportunity to acquire the three (3) very collectible, early Elvis 45 rpm releases associated with his first RCA LP soundtrack album “Loving You”. Descriptions are as follows: · Three (3) Jacket Covers – CONDITION: VERY GOOD++. (a) Front Covers have retained their original rich colors with a nice glossy / sheen finish. There are no markings, stains, fading or discoloration. The front cover of EPA 1-1515 (Volume I) has a 1” corner crease in the lower right corner (see photos nos. 3-4,19 & 22) (b) Back Covers – Back covers have their original clear, bold B&W lettering with no age toning. The three (3) B&W promotional photographs on Volumes I & II are pristine, “like new” (see photos nos. 2,4,&6). There are ownership markings on the three (3) covers and songs’ underlining with orange felt marker on EPA-4041; vendor penciled “$1.25” at top left of Volume I, EPA 1-1515 (see photo no. 4); vendor penciled “$1.29” at top left Volume II, of EPA 2-1515 (see photo no. 6) The three (3) spines and three (3) other cover edges are “like new” with no splits, tears, warping, scruffs or aging marks (see photos nos. 18-21). · Three (3) Vinyl Records – CONDITION: VERY GOOD +. The vinyl records’ playing surfaces are very clean and bright. The vinyl has a rich, attractive gloss. There are light hairline / non-feelable surface marks on both sides of all three (3) records. There are no scuffs or feelable scratches. The vintage black and silver RCA logo labels are in VG+ condition with minimal spindle wear, no stains or discolorations.
