You can actually feel the texture of the ink on the entire poster. There is light tanning along the edges as pictured. Background: Engineer Bill Stulla was the host of Cartoon Express on KHJ-TV Channel 9 in Los Angeles from 1954-1966. If you are interested in the poster you know the show's format: with a setting of a large train layout, Bill would show cartoons and showcase the artwork of two children. A regular feature of the show was a milk-drinking contest with the children. An announcer would call out "Green Light," at which time you would drink your milk -- or "Red Light," when you would stop drinking, or not drink from the glass. I watched the show in '58 and '59 and had one of the glasses. In 1992, I hired Bill to host the premiere of Metrolink in SoCal. He arrived in his trademark overalls and cap and was gracious, gentle, and kind. Shipped rolled and covered in plastic inside a mailing tube. Satisfaction guaranteed.
