Description: Last Term at Malory Towers by Enid Blyton. This is an original hard back, 1st edition, 1st print with it's original dust jacket from 1951. The illustrations are by Stanley Lloyd. This book is in EXCELLENT condition. The pages are still tight which makes me wonder if it was ever read the whole way through. I don't think that there are many children's books from this era in this condition. I have a few really interesting and rare Enid Blyton books for sale - please check my other listings. I'll try and describe Last Term at Malory Towers as thoroughly as possible - please study the photos and the video as they're the best way of seeing the condition of this book. Dust Jacket:The dust jacket is in very good shape; It has been price clipped. Some creases to the edges, especially at the top spine and a small 1cm closed tear at the bottom front flap crease, the print is lovely and bright still. It's a lovely example for a book of this age (especially a children's book). Some foxing noted. Boards:The boards are good, bright and clean. It has the book sellers sticker on the front inner board 'Lawrences of Hinckley. If you look at the back board, you'll see a light line - it's just a slub in the cloth, not a scratch or child related mark. Pages:The front and rear end papers are in good shape and the inner pages are bright and clean.
