Description: Still in the original packaging is this Special Edition 1/16 scale of the CASE "L" Tractor by ERTL. This tractor is made of die cast metal. The Case Model "L" tractor was introduced in 1929 after four years of extensive development and thorough and severe tests. Between 1929 and 1940, 31, 678 Model L Tractors were produced. Powered by a four cylinder, vertical, valve in head engine, the Model "L" developed over 30 hp at the drawbar and more than 46 hp at the belt. It offered three forward speeds and one reverse. Farmers praised the Model "L" for its unmatched poser and low cost operation in relationship to its size and weight, truly placing the Case Model "L" in a class by itself.
