Both the tractor and box are marked as such. Tractor is new in box and looks good, only first open for these pictures. Box has been handled and shows some very minor shelf ware. Tractor features articulated 4WD steering, detailed cab, vertical intake & exhaust, triple wheels & tries all around, real rubber tires all around, rear hitch, and other high detail parts. Toy measures 5.5" high, 9" long, and 5" wide. Will ship to the lower 48 US States, UPS Ground, with insurance, for a flat $12.00. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONSIDERED.
