If the courier attempts to deliver your parcel but nobody is in or the parcel is too large for your letterbox, it will be taken to the local Royal Mail post sorting office. Injection parts (such as fuel injectors, injection valves, and other fuel injection system parts) cannot be returned if the seal on the box or bag has been broken. The shipping charges for returning an order are covered by the customer.
