New, unopened, with minor shelf wear on the packaging (a small crease on the upper corner as documented in the photos). This figure was manufactured in 2001 by Pacific Playthings for release exclusively at Toys R Us. This figure measures approximately 5” and uses 3-AG-13 batteries (need replacement due to age).
