EternaPrime takes the loose particles and forms them into a solid surface so EternaBond sealant tape can stick more easily. EternaPrime is made of a VOC exempt solvent that blends in a mixture of elastomers and resins. It meets the health and environmental safety standards set by the federal government. Common surfaces that usually need treatment from EternaPrime include tar, gravel, mortar, wood or concrete.
