This is a bespoke custom tailored blazer with the original owner's name label tailored into the interior lining, no fabric tag that I can see anywhere but this is either a really smoothly worsted wool or seemingly more likely a wool and silk blend of some kind, very smooth and comfortable. It has a two button front with flap waist pockets as well as a ticket pocket too, also notch lapels, and the sleeves have four buttons each. The interior is fully lined with nice interior labels and lining, and lastly it has dual vents in the rear.
