We used it for maybe 2 years in the single story apartment I lived in at the time. 6.5 years ago we bought a house and found that this vacuum couldn't handle the height transitions between a few rooms of the house (also the basement stairway was an issue). We stashed it in a closet with many other things from the move and forgot about it until recently when my mother mentioned thinking about getting a robot vacuum. I remembered about this guy in the basement and gave it to her. She calls later saying that she couldn't get it to work and gives it back. So, here it is for sale for parts/repair! According to the manual, the red power status light indicates jammed brushes. The brushes seem to move freely. The charger gets power and the vacuum makes all the little beeps when hooked to the charger. Just doesn't seem to work and I don't want to mess with it. Sold as-is. Thanks!
