The dropped waist has gathered in front ties that tie in the back in a bow. The puff sleeves are elastic smocked below elbow with ruffled cuffs. The right shoulder has functioning buttons. The skirt is full with a bottom ruffle and vintage embroidered mirror trim. All edges are raw. Excellent condition.
