I wonder who has more awards and in the history of Chefs Mr. Rusch must be held in high regard. The book is signed to Mary and a very fancy signature compared to my other autographed book. Chef Rusch must have liked to sign in green since both autograph copies I have now were signed that way. The book is in very nice condition and the cover is pretty good with the back cover having some fraying at the top.
