Description: WONDERFUL vintage Chinese, Asian 14 Kt. yellow gold, red, lavender, yellow and green jadeite good fortune pendant with newer yellow gold-filled rope chain. This beautifully, colorful jadeite necklace features a gorgeous 14 Kt. yellow gold and multi-color octagonal jadeite pendant that is 2 1/2” long by one inch wide by 5/16” deep. The octagonal section is a rich red jadeite and has a 14 Kt. yellow gold “Good Fortune”, or similar symbol set in its center. There are four uniquely colored jadeite dangles below that measure approximately 5/8” by 3/16” each that are capped with 14 Kt. gold. This pendant weighs 14.5 grams. It hangs on a newer 18” yellow gold-filled sparkling rope chain finished with a lobster clasp. The pendant is in very good condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear. The chain weighs 6.1 grams for a total necklace weight of 20.6 grams. The pendant is signed on the interior of the bail with “14 Kt., H Kong, GSI”. The bail, gold caps, and symbol have all been professionally tested as 14 Kt. gold. The jadeite has been verified by a certified gemologist.
