A flaw is anything that takes away from an item being mint, i.e. pinholes, tape pulls, bends, creases, bumped corner, doodling, fading, rip, tear, folds. This is not a restored poster. It was stored flat in plastic away from the sun.All posters are insured up to $100. If you receive a damaged poster, do not throw away the package. Take the damaged package and poster to the post office to file a claim.
