Postmarked July 20, 1934 from Far Rockaway, New York and sent to Union CIty, New Jersey. Rubber stamped at bottom Postage Due 1 Cent. Attached is a Postage Due 1c Stamp that is pre-canceled Union CIty, N.J. An item for the specialist collector. CONDITION ISSUE: there is a cut (like with a scissor) at the bottom below the postage due stamp and the word City that extends about 1 3/4" into the cover. There are a couple small tears in the edges, multiple bends at the top, creases, wrinkles, wear at edges / corners, etc. NOT good condition, but an unusual combination of stamps with the pre-cancel postage due.
