The cookbook is previously owned. The edges of the covers are very lightly bumped from normal handling and shelving. I have seen no tears, stains, or writing. There are 370 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Best Ever Homemade Pizza, Old-Fashioned Beef Stew, Shrimp Creole, Sweet Potato Supreme, Angel Biscuits, Coconut Pound Cake, and French Lemon Pie. Contributors are shown with the recipes, but there is not an alphabetized, consolidated list of contributors. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions. I'm sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it. I frequently get asked about odors. I have a fairly "sensitive" nose -- if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate -- I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. If you do not feel that you can give all 4's or 5's on the DSR's, please contact me with your concerns BEFORE leaving feedback. Low ratings affect my income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower my standing. Please do not cost me money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the PO. Most of my items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there's no such thing as "free" shipping).
