I try to review but there is no way for me to be certain all pages are intact unless wrapped and new.Common 3 ring binders – Condition is given little consideration as they are so common and easily replaced. Generally, postage can be combined. I try to cover my costs and not make money on postage. Sometimes the combined postage saving is great....sometimes not so much, just depends on the material. eBay Global purchases are not able to be combined.If you notice extended shipping times it is due to conflicts I see that could cause a delay the day the auction closes.....work, travel, family, weather...... I try to ship within 24 hours of your payment. My default shipping is set at three days. Sometimes an unknown delay is unavoidable and I usually try to send a note. Do not expect weekend shipment.
