Description: 1984-87 Fender Contemporary HSH stratocaster in a Pearl white metallic finish. I believe these were originally HSS or HH pickup configuration so this was modified. This is a super strat, it screams with lots of great tones with the HSH & TBX control. It has some dings, scratches, buckle rash, tarnished neck plate. a hole filled aside the neck plate, 2 holes filled in pickguard & a finish neck pocket/body crack as shown. The neck humbucker pickup ring is not fastened in with 4 screws in the ring mounting holes rather it is held in place by the 4 pickup screws. (the holes are drilled in the pickguard for the mounting ring holes but all of the screws did not line up with the wood in the body) The control knobs are not original. It has a 5 way switch, basswood body, locking nut, neck tilt adjustment, side mount jack, 1 volume & 1 tone with a TBX control. System 1 Schaller tremolo & locking nut, Fender labeled Gotoh tuners, & strap lock knobs. I do have the Fender system 1 arm that threads in the insert as shown but not the end piece that prevents the bar from falling through if threaded in too far.
