Description: Completely gutted and modified Fender Champion 600 tube amp combo. Everything but the transformers have been removed and amp is now a point to point wired version of the classic Tweed Fender Champ 5F1 circuit complete with solid state rectification and an 8" Weber Sig8 alnico speaker! Don't settle for a couple of replaced components on the cheapo PCB! This blows them away! I have done around 100 of these, check my feedback for reviews. New baltic birch baffle with period correct brown grill cloth. 3 position Carling power/standby switch lifts the feedback for increased gain. Tweed style fuse added for safety. Switchcraft jacks. Carbon Comp resistors. Alpha pot. Electroharmonix 12AX7 and 6V6GT. Both test good on my Hickok 6000A. Video is one of the last ones of these I did same way. First half of video is stock 5F1 fully cranked, second is fully cranked with feedback loop lifted.
