The Jazzmaster features an ash body finished in a white blonde color, a rare spec for a Jazzmaster. Alder and basswood are the most common materials for Jazzmasters, but this material is expected to have a more aggressive sound. The fingerboard is also made of laminated maple, which is very rare for Jazzmasters. The sound is not only crisp and clear, but also has a fresh atmosphere that is different from other Jazzmasters in terms of looks.
