Description: This is my 1974 Fender Stratocaster Please look at the photos and ask any questions The guitar has all Eric Johnson pickups and electronics. That's what it had when I got it and I don't have any other parts I'm a collector and not a player so I have never played this one, but with those parts I'm sure it plays well. I have the original Black plastic case with it It is a 1974 but please do your research and look it up The numbers are all shown in the photos Neck numbers are 09 03 41 4 3 Decoded as : Strat, Maple Neck, Week, 1974, Wednesday. Look at photos of body and neck Someone put a 4 bolt neck plate on it at one time probably thinking it would make it move less but that isn't true. It's the body to neck fit that keeps it tight They then went back to the original 3 bolt neck plate The body and neck have the original installed micro tilt in them (see photos, for any of you who think it is not the original body) proving that it is the original body and neck What we think happened is that someone painted the body black used the 3 bolt neck plate didn't like it and added a 4 bolt neck plate and then switched back as the 3 bolt plate as it has the original serial number for the 1974 Start 53xxx and then removed the black paint to show the original sunburst finish which it has now.
