Description: For sale is a beautiful Fidelity Voice Sensory Challenger Model VSC Electronic Chess Game. This set comes with all pawns, manuals and instructions shown, as well as a vintage hard case for storage. The chess set works! However, I have not figured out the voice function (or maybe needs repaired), as a sound is made - but nothing other than a buzzer style noise. It’s possible the speaker just needs replaced - I have not attempted any repairs. All chess pieces are included, and in order to play a game, you select the settings you wish, and move your piece - pressing on the square its on, then moving to the new square and pressing the piece on that square to confirm.All the pieces have what appear to be magnets underneath, allowing them to “hold” to the board with a light magnetism, however, one white piece looks to be missing a magnet. The magnets are not needed to play. Also, the case mechanism that clicks into the lock works, but there is no key provided. The case has some scratches, but overall is in average to good shape.
